In business for 50 years, Esquire and the Lady Salon is under the care of Tina, who bought the salon 25 years ago. Since becoming the owner, she continually strives to bring the beauty salon to the next level. Nestled on the historic Main Street of Westminster, Maryland, we are a family hair salon offering a personal salon experience for our customers. We have built an excellent reputation for ourselves, making us a customer favorite.
At Esquire and the Lady Salon, we love nothing more than working our magic on our clients and transforming ordinary into extraordinary. We are nothing like the other “name brand” salons. Instead, we offer a one-on-one personalized experience for each client, building long-lasting relationships.

Tina
I am the proud owner and operator of Esquire and the Lady. I graduated from the cosmetology program at Westminster’s career and tech center in 1990. Before ownership, I worked under a master barber as an apprentice and received my master barbers license.
Although I enjoy all aspects in the artistry of hair, my expertise lies in barbering. Barbering allows me to exceed in vast hairstyles, including my specialty in men’s haircuts, such as flattops and fades, and women’s cuts and perms. Other skills also include color and facial waxing.
Since elementary school, I have had an eagerness to become a stylist and have devoted my time to establish a place of business I can also happily call “my dream come true.”
